Aqua for All is a recognised leader in water and sanitation financing, driving impact in line with SDG 6: Clean water and sanitation. With over two decades of pioneering market development and impact financing, we’ve proven that smart investments can spark lasting change.

2022 was an impactful year for Aqua for All, we more than doubled our portfolio by adding 24 new initiatives and by the end of the year our Making Water Count portfolio increased towhich largely exceeded our initial 2019 forecast.

In June 2020, Aqua for All, with the support of The Waterloo Foundation, established the **Response Facility for Water and Sanitation Services**: an urgently needed fund to support water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) enterprises amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

2021 was the second full calendar year of our Making Water Count programme. Despite restrictions, uncertainties and challenges globally, our portfolio grew from €19.44 million (2020) to €51.84 million, consisting of our own funds and leveraged co-funding.

2019: A year of achievement, learning and change…

Aqua for All can look back on 2015 with pride. Thanks to our stakeholders and fortified by an expanded team of experts, this year has witnessed increasing momentum.

Delivering Value in 2016: Energized by the new mandate we received from DGIS in 2015, our team worked industriously last year to reach the ambitious first year milestones from our four year business plan (2016-2019).

Given the pace at which we are progressing toward SDG6 it is critical to ask ourselves what type of innovation is needed in order to get there? Business as usual will be insufficient.

2018 was a crucial year for Aqua for All, it was part of the 1,5 year extension of the PPP Innovation program (VIA Water & PPP Scale), bridging the period 2014–2018 with the new program for the period 2019–2024, which we expect to start in July 2019.
