Nicola is responsible for Legal and Compliance at Aqua for All. With over 20 years of experience within the investment fund landscape, Nicola is an experienced legal and compliance professional specialising in fund structuring and transactions, regulatory frameworks and governance. Prior to joining Aqua for All, she worked for leading financial institutions in Luxembourg, working with institutional investors and fund sponsors on the establishment and operation of a wide range of fund vehicles across multiple jurisdictions before transitioning to private practice supporting family offices. With a move to the Netherlands, Nicola shifted her focus towards development finance, bringing her legal expertise to impact-oriented strategies.

Nicola has provided tailored legal and structuring advice across a broad spectrum of investment activities, including the integration of grant-based components within investment structures to enhance the viability and impact of underlying investments, as well as advising on regulatory requirements and the implementation of compliance programs and frameworks.
